The service

XResume is an online tool for creating resumes and exporting them as PDF files. Building and previewing your resume are free; downloading PDFs requires a paid pass. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Purchases

Two passes are available: a Day Pass ($5, unlimited PDF downloads for 24 hours) and a Monthly Pass ($20, unlimited PDF downloads for 30 days). Both are one-time payments that expire automatically at the end of their period. If you enable the optional auto-renew, your pass renews at the same price until you cancel, which you can do at any time before the next renewal. Passes are non-transferable.

Your content

Everything you create with XResume is yours. We claim no ownership of, or license to, your resume content. Because your data is stored in your own browser, you are responsible for keeping a copy of anything important, because clearing your browser storage will erase your work, and we cannot recover it.

Acceptable use

Use the service for creating legitimate documents. You agree not to abuse the service, for example by attempting to disrupt it, overload the PDF generator with automated bulk requests, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XResume is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or missed opportunities.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
